We invest a lot of time and energy into our story telling and hope that one day it will be our full time job. The quote, “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life” plays on repeat in our heads as we work towards our goal of supporting ourselves entirely through our content creation. Currently, we still rely on savings for some of our monthly expenses, as we haven’t even reached break-even with the monthly income we make on Youtube and Patreon. Call it The Golden Rule, call it Karma, but it’s important to us to give as much as we receive. We appreciate all the support we receive and we pay it forward whenever possible.

We always practice “leave no trace” principles when out in nature walking, hiking and camping. We intend to leave every campsite cleaner than we find it. This extends beyond campsites as well. Everywhere we go if we see litter, we pick it up. It’s a little something we can do to give back to the communities we pass through on our journey.

We created a virtual hub called Vanlife PRIDE to bring the LGBTQIA+ nomadic community together. Through Vanlife PRIDE we give visibility to queer nomads and offer a safe space for them & our allies to connect.
Our big goal with @vanlifepride is to host an event, a PRIDE gathering for LGBTQ+ (and allies) nomads.
